As Manager of Talent Acquisition, Development and Retention Strategies for VIU, Debra works to develop and manage the growth vision for the University’s employee recruitment.

Josephine has a substantial background in human resource management, work rehabilitation, and leadership, supported by a master’s in rehabilitation counselling, bachelor’s degree in psychology and human resource management, and professional designations in human resources and vocational rehabilitation.
