Cultivating Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

Equity Diversity and Inclusion is more than policies, programs, or headcounts. A diverse and inclusive university is one that makes everyone, regardless of who they are or what they do, feel equally involved in and supported in all areas of the institution.

Key Definitions

Diversity is about the individual. It is about the variety of unique dimensions, qualities and characteristics we all possess.

Inclusion is about the collective. It is about creating a culture that strives for equity and embraces, respects, accepts and values difference.
