Homewood Health’s website is now the Homewood Pathfinder Suite for all VIU employees and dependent family members. The Pathfinder Suite is your seamless and simplified online EFAP solution, delivering optimal and uniquely curated journeys, featuring:
- Homewood PulseCheck – By using the PulseCheck slider, you will receive resource recommendations tailored to your responses.
- Homewood Pathfinder Journeys – Choosing Homewood Pathfinder leads you through a series of questions to customize your service recommendations based on your unique needs and preferences.
- Online Booking – Based on your path, you may be encouraged to make an appointment with a counsellor. You will see a list of counsellor names and bios, including their availability so you can book your appointment online or via telephone (1.800.663.1142).
- MeetNow – When appropriate, qualified professional counselling support may be available instantly for a single session through MeetNow.
- My Dashboard – It’s a place to start new Pathfinder journeys, access resources, check-in on counselling appointments or browse the resources on Homeweb.

Online Therapy by Homewood Health
Homewood Health launched Sentio an internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy solution app, available through Apple and Google Play. Sentio helps improve your mental health, and reduces symptoms of depression and anxiety with the proven methods of cognitive therapy. Work through treatment goals such as stress management, managing depressive thoughts, improving sleep and coping with panic— at your own pace. View more information about this resource.

The Mental Health Training course will help equip all employees with tools to support mental wellness in the workplace. Designed for leaders but useful for everyone, this 4-part online, on-demand course is available at no cost. The online course focuses on workplace strategies that support mental health:
