COVID-19: Transition and Change – Live Webinar

We know change is constant, and our current experience with COVID-19 has proven this beyond doubt. Living through the pandemic has brought change personally, socially and professionally. Register for either Tuesday, September 21st at 4PM PT and Wednesday, September 22nd at 7PM PT for this Homewood Health special live webinar focused on the transition and change throughout the COVID-19 pandemic: This session adopts a solutions-focused lens and explores different change management styles to assist employees in finding ways to navigate change as they move forward.  Space is limited. Please note that the webinar will be recorded and posted to the Homewood Health website one week following the final session.

Stronger Minds by BEACON—sponsored by Manulife and Green Shield Canada—is a program available to support Canadians through the pandemic. Participants have access to daily guidance from a team of clinical psychologists. You are provided with resources to help you learn how to protect your mental well-being during these turbulent times using videos, quick reads and resilience-building activities. This resource is free to all Canadians.

MindShift™ CBT—a doctor and counsellor recommended free app by Anxiety Canada for iOS and Android devices. Get the tools to tackle worry, panic, perfectionism, anxiety and phobias.

Workplace Solutions for Mental Health Training - This online course can be completed at your own pace and will take about 3 hours to complete. Learn more about mental illness, factors contributing to mental illness, performance concerns related to mental illness, accommodations, reducing stigma, preparing for an employee's return to work and managing a crisis.
