As part of the People Plan consultation process, an all-employee survey was conducted in Feb-Mar 2018. The survey focussed on the core areas outlined in the People Plan Project Charter and had a series of questions in each area. The survey was live between February 14 and March 5.
Over half of all employees participated in the survey - a really strong response! It highlights areas that are of high interest and concern than others, according to the survey feedback. View the Employee Survey summary for details.
