The 2019 VIU People Plan
You Matter Here
The current People Plan was created in 2019 with an incredible amount of feedback and engagement from our valued employees. The five Invitations for Action below each had corresponding action plans looking ahead up to 36 months. Now, three years later, the Plan is ready to be renewed in light of what was accomplished and emerging priorities. The next five boards summarize the action plans and highlight the successes that were achieved. Despite the pandemic, many action items were implemented. Not all action items were completed, and the rating out of five stars reflects the overall level of completion for that particular Invitation for Action.
