The 2019 VIU People Plan Review and Renewal
You Matter Here
The current People Plan was created in 2019 with an incredible amount of feedback and engagement from our valued employees. The five Invitations for Action each had corresponding action plans looking ahead up to 36 months. Now, three years later, the Plan is ready to be renewed in light of what was accomplished and emerging priorities.
Each Invitation to Action has been reviewed and assessed to summarize the action plans and highlight the successes that were achieved.
