How to Nominate

Submitting a nomination to the President’s Awards for Service Excellence is as easy as filling out a webform. Just fill in the boxes below with as much information supporting the award criteria as you can – when you select the award name checkbox, the criteria for that specific award appear. Let this award criteria help guide your nomination statement and be sure to include examples where you can.

When the entry form has been completed, click the authorize button along with someone else who supports the nomination, then hit 'submit'.

When you submit a completed nomination form, it is emailed to HR for the award review committee. You will not receive a copy of the completed nomination form, so please save your entry if would like to store it for future reference.
