i-Volve is a web-based solution designed to treat employees and their families struggling with anxiety and/or mild depression. i-Volve will help you to identify, challenge and overcome anxious thoughts, behaviours and emotions. To access i-Volve, please register on Homeweb.ca

Homewood e-APP is a user-friendly application that includes access to tools and resources on HomeWeb, access to i-Volve Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for depression and anxiety, and access to HomeChat (live chat).

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health offers Mental Health and the COVID-19 Pandemic to provide information and suggestions about coping strategies and resources to manage your mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Stronger Minds by BEACON—sponsored by Manulife and Green Shield Canada—is a program available to support Canadians through the pandemic. Participants have access to daily guidance from a team of clinical psychologists. You are provided with resources to help you learn how to protect your mental well-being during these turbulent times using videos, quick reads and resilience-building activities. This resource is free to all Canadians.

Workplace Solutions for Mental Health Training - This online course can be completed at your own pace and will take about 3 hours to complete. Learn more about mental illness, factors contributing to mental illness, performance concerns related to mental illness, accommodations, reducing stigma, preparing for an employee's return to work and managing a crisis.

Wellness Together Canada: provides mental health and substance use support to all Canadians suffering from the impacts of the coronavirus crisis.  

BCcampus has created a website with mental health supports for those in the BC public post-secondary sector who may be experiencing feelings of heightened anxiety, stress and isolation.
